The service department was helpful in providing instructions on how to return the faulty monitor. However, I have not received an acknowledgement that the company received the returned monitor, nor an indication that the replacement monitor has been shipped. Please advise. Thanks!

Not good at all.

It took a week to even ship my monitor. Then your shipping department apparently put the wrong address or street number on my package as Fedex was unable to deliver it. Despite calling FedEx to correct the address, they were still somehow unable to do so. Now after nearly 3 weeks the package is on it's way back to the sender. What a waste of time.

I conducted my research and decided that the MyPodium was the device that best met our needs. I'm purchasing this for a church, where it will serve as a whiteboard in a large auditorium. An ordinary whiteboard would have sufficed, but I believe this product will be more effective. I plan to use the HDMI output to integrate it with our projectors, allowing the entire congregation to see it. Initially, I noticed that this product was backordered with the suppliers I typically use, so I ordered it from a smaller supplier called Office Wonderland. After not receiving a shipping confirmation email, I called them and discovered they were still waiting for it to ship from their supplier, meaning they didn’t have it in stock either. After several calls and two weeks, my package finally arrived, but it was missing the stylus. I notified the supplier, and they assured me they would address the issue. However, a month has passed, and I still have not received the stylus. A whiteboard without a marker isn't very useful.
