Two weeks since the order

Two weeks since the order and haven’t even received shipping notification. I know my credit card has been charged. Is this even legal? This is the first time I’m buying from Viewsonic and needless to say, I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

It worked for about a minute. After that absolutely nothing. I tried different USB-C cords and different MacBook USB-C outputs

The service department was helpful

The service department was helpful in providing instructions on how to return the faulty monitor. However, I have not received an acknowledgement that the company received the returned monitor, nor an indication that the replacement monitor has been shipped. Please advise. Thanks!

Useless

It took a week to even ship my monitor. Then your shipping department apparently put the wrong address or street number on my package as Fedex was unable to deliver it. Despite calling FedEx to correct the address, they were still somehow unable to do so. Now after nearly 3 weeks the package is on it's way back to the sender. What a waste of time.
