No issues with ViewSonic

I had a problem setting different addresses for shipping and billing, and I never got the notification my item had been shipped. These two points were quickly and efficiently settled with the help of email responses. Overall, I am satisfied with the process and my interactions with your support people.

The delivery driver should have knocked. Package was left outside unattended. Also shipper next time must be 'fragile' on box to notify delivery man. Thanks
