Over a week after a purchase, I inquired about shipping information. I was told they had run out of cpus and they just got them in. A simple email could've told me this. This was a birthday present for my 12 yr old daughter. Then another 4 days went past before they actually did ship it. It arrives and I set everything up. Multiple USB ports and the only the crappy SVGA port worked in I/O panel. The Windows 10 isn't even registered, so the screen is watermarked as well. Never again and I've been warning friends and family about this site.

I received the computer i ordered, late i must say...i needed it for my children to home school since quarantine. Everything looked fine but could not figure out how to power the device because it was mailed with the wrong power cord. I called the company immediately, but they never answer, so I emailed them with my concerns and inability to use a computer that was already late. They were polite and submitted an rma to send the correct cord. After 2 more weeks, I finally received the package to find that they send the exact same WRONG power cord. I just mailed everything back with hopes to get a full refund.... This whole thing is so frustrating.

I recently purchased a Dell computer from refurb.io and when it arrived, it wouldn't even power on. When I tried to return the computer or get a refund, I had ZERO response from refurb.io.

I appreciate you guys working quickly and promptly to satisfy the customer, as has been my experience with refurbio.

Slow shipping laptop arrived damaged with a warped keyboard and an open case. Slow to refund.
