Your company commits deceptive trade practices, such as NOT disclosing that a PC that I purchased had a VGA monitor connection ONLY, which has POOR viewing quality as compared to an HDMI connection. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from them. They also screwed me on the cost of the return.

Computer arrived and did not work; had to return it. Am still waiting for my refund.

I bought this ipad as part of a Christmas gift for my daughter. This ipad is too slow for playing any games or downloading games. It just hangs trying to download things and not much you can do about it. It should not be sold to consumers as this is not disclosed when advertising the product that it is basically not usable.

Laptop was dead, didn’t even turn on. Very annoying to have to send it back, really not worth the trouble.

I have been trying for weeks to get someone to send me the product key number for windows 10 pro on the laptop purchased last month. The number on the machine doesn't work. With my order, I received a keyboard that doesn't work. Why is it so difficult to return my call or answer my emails.
