too long to secure refund

Hello, I receive this laptop without charging cable. What should I do? Haroldo Nunes

The item I purchased was advertised to include wireless kybd/mouse that your representative emailed said that you don't send them even if advertised. The DVD-RW drive is not recognized, and multi card reader is only recognized in Device Manager. One USB socket is lose and unworkable. A spacer for missing card in rear of computer is missing. In short, your quality control needs some assistance. I decided to keep this computer despite the mentioned deficiencies because I still considered it to be a good value, but as a result of my experience I would not purchase from your company again.

It was shipped with poor packaging.. almost empty with the laptop and little plastic forms.

Would REALLY appreciate if your company could send an owners' manual with the units that you sell. No idea how to "operate" this laptop without an owners' manual. Don't want to download pages & pages of instruction off the internet.
