The products are a good value - if you get what you ordered .. but Quality Control and Customer Service need help as I experienced on a recent purchase. Customer Service claimed they would call me several times but never did as I had an issue with a product I bought.

The T series I ordered came with a dead battery that would not charge. I notified them via email and was told that a replacement battery would be ordered. I never received it and they have not said why other than "they would check on it".

Hello! I don't have any complaints about the site Refurb.io, I think the overall level of service was wonderful, and being that the computer i ordered was 4 years old, I understand there are some inherent risks involved with ordering one. The Lenovo X220 I ordered operates phenomenally, minus the faulty mainboard that prevents the computer from starting from sleep. I give Refurb.io the benefit of the doubt on this one, since it is a particularly well known issue with the laptop and the manufacture itself has not been known to produce quality machines for the past 7 years. However, I will give the review 2 stars since I feel it was an issue that could have been tested before shipping to me the customer.

the computer I bought does not work & will not start

Battery won’t charge and even get detected by the computer, very cool.
