UltraNav is broken falls off/broken. Mic is broken is broken/Sounds awful. Had to buy a stand alone mic. It's not really what I expected...being that some features are broken... I expected scratches/scuffs...

I finally got an opportunity to try-out the PC that I got from you, only to discover that the DisplayPort doesn't work...

Shipping was fine. Product worked so poorly that I'm kind of frustrated that it passed any sort of inspection, though it had a program that initially blocked me from actually signing in, so my assumption is that it WASN'T checked beyond being able to turn on. My first question regarding the first issue was answered after I sent a mildly annohed follow-up email and I'm still waiting on a reply to my most recent email, though I'm just going to let that go unanswered. Not sure if I'll be using Refurb.io again in the future. I'll probably be checking the return window to see if I can be free of this painful existence, however.
