Product is ok , but big scratches were there on all 4 sides and win 10 key missing even though product quality mentioned as A

Satisfied with on time delivery and product quality even after delivery. Unfortunately upon delivery, the wrong charger was included (too little power output/voltage) and device was difficult but possible to start up.

I am happy with refurbished product as delivered and review would have been 4 or 5 star except for delays in order fulfillment.

UltraNav is broken falls off/broken. Mic is broken is broken/Sounds awful. Had to buy a stand alone mic. It's not really what I expected...being that some features are broken... I expected scratches/scuffs...

I finally got an opportunity to try-out the PC that I got from you, only to discover that the DisplayPort doesn't work...
