When someone buys a refurb, you should include a short brochure listing the salient points re: the computer you are purchasing, NOT some damn generic page of generic instructions. It really shouldn't cost too much to expect a couple of pages listing the points of the specific model one is purchasing, let alone a short intro to Win10. The diagram and/or outline should identify the ports and features (for Christ's sake, the manufacturers offer such stuff, but you have to waste a lot of valuable time finding it!)
