Desktop seems to have been pricey, wish I had spent a few hundred more and bought new. Had to upgrade memory and wifi right off the bat. One audio port dosen't work but others do so not a big problem.

Very pleased with the computer price & computer. It was delivered in a timely manner, but we spent 4 hours reinstalling windows the day before my daughter left for college and paid to have the reinstall done.

When someone buys a refurb, you should include a short brochure listing the salient points re: the computer you are purchasing, NOT some damn generic page of generic instructions. It really shouldn't cost too much to expect a couple of pages listing the points of the specific model one is purchasing, let alone a short intro to Win10. The diagram and/or outline should identify the ports and features (for Christ's sake, the manufacturers offer such stuff, but you have to waste a lot of valuable time finding it!) a short into to the computer (the model you buy, not a generic one) and a brief intro would be GREAT.

Though the laptop hdmi slot doesn't work, rest everything works great.Touch feels great. Transactions were effortless.i would love buying one more if given an option

came with a power cord cut in half and it would not boot up. after 45 minutes with customer support every thing is ok.
