After receiving my refurbed Lenovo, which was in excellent physical condition: clean, shiny and looking like new, I had occaision to call refurb.io customer service. I was pleasantly surprised as I got to speak with a person within a minute or two and who could not only undestand English but speak it perfectly. My problem was taken care of right then and there. No ifs ands or buts, no talking to a second person or third person. Just perfect customer service. They shipped me a new hard drive with the OS installed.
