customer service very good. am returning laptop. it has a lot of things wrong that should have been addressed before sales. stops for no reason and reboots, has to be plugged in to have bright screen, drivers?? etc.

This old school work horse arrived in mere days and in veritably perfect condition, easily passing for new. Small and swift, Win 7 Pro 64bit with 8GB RAM - what else could I ask for? And for $230? I'd get a couple more if I could hide them from my wife.....very glad I found this vendor.

The product was perfect and got it updated to Window 10. Excellent condition.
