Simply Big AU

Not the best experience so far with the Simply Big phone. Whilst easy to set up for my Mother, we can only make phone calls - no incoming calls can be received. As I live a long way from my Mother (and the phone), the instructions I received to fix the issue can't be performed until I next visit my Mother. Very disappointed.

2 stars as ordering was easy and delivery prompt BUT that was it. I have 3 sent emails requesting a return. You do say money back guarantee and I’m afraid my husband who has early Alzheimers is unable to use. I tried! I also am willing to pay return postage. 1st email from me was 18th October (now 9thNov)

Obliging when we changed our mind regarding the type of phone we wanted. very good.

Buttons are dodgy and stopped working after the first use.
