The water keep running & won’t turn off….

I'm very upset you don't answer your phones per my email: - SBAU22### Was this device sent to Mum an ex-demo or previously used? Seems missing items from the package, including basic instructions etc. We cannot understand how to programme the clock for reminders / etc. I cannot get the remote to work either. . and it does not work without it being plugged into electricity. Please share if previously been used? if a previous returned item? How to use remote? does remote need batteries? where to insert batteries into the clock? if it takes batteries?

Again the elderly that had them there families put them together, i have not got anyone to put it together

Most of the time i can't get it to work and I have even been to a repair shop and had it fixed, but it is not working again
