I signed a release with Unagi that in exchange for a release of claims i would return the Unagi Voyager I had and receive a replacement Voyager. I shipped my scooter on 12/19/25. Unagi confirmed a label was created on 12/26/25. It has been three weeks and the scooter still hasn’t shipped. I have followed up multiple times with Unagi. I used my scooter every day for personal use and commute and this has added 30 minutes to my commute each day.

I bought a refurbished Unagi.
I bought a refurbished Unagi. The battery holds a charge for barely two miles since I purchased it, and already stopped working. Lost approximately $400 on this purchase. Will contact customer service.
