Zéro customer support. Title says
Zéro customer support.
Title says it all. Only advantage of the Unagi over the scooters for hire on the street is that it’s lighter. The Unagi is less stable. I purchased a used scooter and it came with scratches. No thought to touch up paint, which I assume they have on the factory but not I no have to try and find and match? Even the screws to attach the handle bar appear used and one of them stripped going in.
But zero customer support is a serious problem.
Scooter shut down and screen went into an endless scroll, had to walk it home. But then it suddenly turned back on, it still had plenty of charge. No idea what happened but obviously worried that it’s going to randomly conk out again. Tried to find a phone number, luck. No customer support number, the AI help bot is pure frustration - the exact opposite of helpful. Trying to read the PDF of the manual on a phone you’ll need a magnifying glass. It’s as if any thought that went into customer experience was to make it a bad experience.
Also, the scooter will accelerate on its own. Can’t sync it to phone, there a list of issues. Emailed exactly 24 hours ago and haven’t heard back. Curious if I’ll get a response.
It does look nice ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
