Battery on refurbished model is abysmal. I must have used it more like an actual scooter (leg powered) than as an actual scooter. I guess my first hint that after it died on me in like 5 minutes it only took 15 minutes to charge. The battery is fried

Shipping was slow and I never received my carrying case that was supposed to be included.

Shipping was a hassle since you opted for it to be a signed signature and Fedex would not give me accurate times when they would be coming.

Unresolved issue regarding the horn, and lack of one. Known issue but more than one month since launch and still a failure to address the issue or advice when it will be addressed. This is a major safety issue. Scooter design makes adding 3rd party horn to the handlebars impossible, or dangerous to use as takes your hand/thumb away from the brake. Many won’t fit the Unagi handlebar design. Basically the horn needs to be fixed ASAP and Unagi need to advise when and how this will be done as it is a safety issue.
