Late delivery. When I called to see what could be done - offer substitute, etc. the person I spoke with was stressed out and upset. I understand supply chain issues but I was provided a notification of the delay and given a phone number to call so I called it. The conversation turned out ok but was not good customer service.

When trying to order Brady labels, the webpage said "In Stock" and underneath said "Usually ships in 1-3 business days", after placing the order and waiting over a week, I called and was informed that they were in fact not only not in stock, but wouldn't expect to be for a while (as well as drop shipped). I canceled the order over the phone, and received the associated emails promptly after the call. The labels then SHIPPED anyways the next day. Upon reception I called again and was promptly given a return label to send them back. The customer service reps were great, and deserve to be at a company with integrity that matches their own.

I placed two orders in November and were charged for them but as of March, they still haven't shipped.

Still haven't even had my order processed 3 weeks later. So, not great

Shipping took 2 weeks then shipped to the wrong location still have no resolution from this company
