Shipping took 2 weeks then shipped to the wrong location still have no resolution from this company

The order was on hold for Weeks! Come to find out,,,, The printer labels will no longer be made. Tried to cancel the order through PayPal and I received a message confirming the labels are no longer made but they had a shipment coming in. No communication until I said something. So I tried cancelling again and all of a sudden they were in stock and shipped without notice. All after purchasing a new model of printer and do not need these labels. Not happy about it and I will never deal with this company again.

I sent email asking what labels to order for my printer, I ordered what was on that list. The cartridge will not fit my printer. I attempted to return and have not heard back yet.

Lock of communication, I had to call couple of times yo ask for my order after weeks of been waiting for it. Even then I got wrong info about my shipment.

Took too long to ship product.
