Lead time was long

Communication about supply delays limited.

Long delivery. Order was placed on April 1. Shipped on April 6. Today is April 13, until now I have not received the material.

I called a few times to get an Estimated delivery date and was informed there was an issue nationwide with the supply chain...no kidding. Still wanted to know if you had any idea of when it would arrive.

Not satisfied. They confirmed the existence of the order and it was not true, they sent my order after almost a month
