Well I got my tough tested 20a solar power charger bout a month ago and side port fell in and now it won't charge I have sent them email and they won't respond so save your money

Bought Mammoth Windshield mount and my smart phone does NOT fit it. Discription says will fit any smart phone. Sent two emails to see if they have a different product that would work for me. I am still waiting for a response.. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered a power bank and a cell phone case. I DID NOT receive the phone case. I wrote a letter to ask about this, nothing! Until I hear about this issue, not only will this one star review stand, but I will actively tell everyone I know NOT to purchase anything from you because of this issue!

Apparently the size descriptions on the website for the phone cases (2) are flopped. The sizes have also charged since I got my first case 5 years ago. Had an XL, ordered an XL, now I have a case that's way way too big.

Very poor response and took forever to ship my item . Will not recommend or return customer !
