I ordered this product on 9 December. It still hasn't shipped and it's the 26th. I've reached out and no one has answered me back, And now they're asking for me to rate their product that I have not received.

I ordered this product on December 7th. Per the tracking history the item has been in New Jersey since December 14th. I am VERY disappointed. Today is December 21st and the package still has not moved. It is a Christmas gift, I ordered it allowing for a bit of a delay. Confirmation shipping/ delivery was 2-6 days.

Companies that ask for reviews as soon as you recieve a product are shady- we all know the test of a cord is whether or not it still stays plugged reliably 6 months later.

I used the Marine Earbuds for about 5 years, and were the best earbuds ever, but unfortunately their time has ended. I decided to get another pair only to find they're discontinued. Since I used the Marine Earbuds so long, I decided to get the bluetooth Transformer headset. The day I got them they were great, but that's the only day. They're advertised as 8+ hours of playtime and barely manage 2.5 before I hear "Battery Low". I never overcharged them, and I would charge them before going to work, so they didn't sit, either. I never raised the volume past 45-50% for long amounts of time, and the only thing I did was listen to music. There is no excuse as to why the battery life is so short. Aside from that, the stems you put the tips on are much wider than the marines, which makes them super uncomfortable. The clip to hold it to your shirt is embarrasingly cheap plastic that let's go with the slightest of tugs. I found myself resorting to going back to my dying marine earbuds pretty much every day. Not going to lie, Tough Tested let me down on this one.

My order was only partially fulfilled, although the shipping info and packing form showed the full order was delivered. No response from customer service.
