My charger won’t charge

I bought this for my wife in hopes she could use it at her job a a driver for motorcoach driver. As of this date we haven't received the product. I think I was scammed

Sent different product from what I ordered. Avoid this business like the plague!!!

I ordered quite a few items from you guys recently and my car charger was defected straight out the box! I tried to contact you several times to no answer or solution! Fix your situation and issue, I'll fix this review. Thanks

I buy a wireless power bank,, supost they send me the product after i don t know how many days,, finally i never receive the product ,cuz adresse incomplete,when on my receipt the adresse its right, very dissapointed,, costumer service told me they going to send the product back and they just refund my money and thats it
