I ordered 2 items and only received one. I notified them immediately and was told the 2nd item will be shipped from another warehouse. A MONTH later I have not received the item and no one responds from customer service. Do not do business with Toughtested!!!

I asked for a replacement item broke on delivery.

I ordered a cup holder charger and received damage and difficulty to exchange it.

Never got my replacement holder or my shipping label to send back my broken holder
