I have contacted the support team on numerous occasions to inform that the replacement heads i bought for my mount are not the ones meant for my mount and they have been terrible with the replies and very unhelpful in helping me return the items i purchased to get the right ones and the site doesn’t have a very good description or variety of heads for the different mounts that you make

I have been emailing for a few weeks now. About an item (ROC10) that was faulty our of the box and NOT ONE CONTACT BACK but these kinds of emails asking for a review.... PLEASE contact me as I have asked for customer service THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE and since there is NO # TO CALL.

Paid $70 for this horrible product. Base did not stick to my dash even with pretreatment of alcohol surface. Suction cup did not work. Just all around a terrible product.
