Your product was faulty out of the package my old one started to not open that's why I threw it away before I ordered a new one from here. the new one only opening 50% of the time after opening. Please remake this product of possible using better quality material sorry just is what it is

Ordered 6-ft cable, USB-C -to- USB-C, that is also what it says on the packing slip. What I actually received was a 2-ft USB-A -to- Lightning cable. I guess I’ll see hire they respond.
