Speaking with Technical Help was not helpful at all. The issue with my DR750X-2CH was that it would not connect with the Wi-Fi Hotspot in my new vehicle. The Technical Support person I spoke with was not aware that the DR750X-2CH could not detect a Wi-Fi signal at 5 GHz. He suggested renaming the WiFi Hotspot. Preposterous. I had to buy an LTE module to get the DR750X-2CH to access the Cloud.

Horrendous delivery system! 4 days to make the shipment and I have not received my shipment yet. They don't even answer emails.

I had concern; Andrew I had a problem and I wrote and responded to the question and he totaly ignored my email; just want my dash cam fixed so therefore you get one star, I would give you guys 0 stars if I could
