Dashcam does not stand behind their work nor admit their egregious lack of knowledge. Dashcam installed a BlackVue DR900X-2CH in my one of my Ferraris in January 2021. When I picked up the car the technician informs me he fumbled a while with my phone but could not get the BlackVue to work properly with my Android-based Blackberry Keyone but said go ahead and take the car and their "support staff" there would make the necessary update in less than 24 hours. After a week of no follow up whatsoever I had to contact them only to find out it was now "impossible." To make matters worse the very first night it totally drained a brand new Antigravity Lithium Battery. When told of this Dashcam said to "just pull the power cord." I did and returned the car to them the following week to have this mess extricated. I expected a full refund but they decided to keep ~$500 for their "labor." I contacted them two more times and they refused to fully refund for their installation of faulty equipment totally incompatible with a common Android phone as well as this Ferrari 458 (battery drain). The money is not the issue - it's their hubris and lack of character admitting their failures + ignorance. Caveat emptor.

I’m actually in the process of trying to return it , I don’t believe it was design for the average joe like me,I think it was designed for the tech savvy it’s too complicated for someone like me who was not trained ,I just want to get a refund for that expensive paper weight

Terrible camera, terrible customer service. Have told everyone I know and will continue to tell everyone I don't know to never use this company for your dash cam needs. There are far better companies to spend your hard earned money at. The moment you have any type of problem it will be anything but hassle free.
