I have an issue with my order with missing microSD card, SIM eject tool, microSD card reader. I tried 3 times to contact customer service via telephone and when I couldn't get through I sent an email on April 15 ans so far no one responded. Poor customer service.

I'm not happy with my purchase.

The Black Vue Battery is worthless. No cables to connect dash cam to battery Waste of $100 plus dollars. Brilliant thinking dipshits. Allso app only control sucks. Should of stuck with DOD dash cam.
