They were absolutely no help and im stuck having to take the hardwire kit to a professional to have it installed since it isnt the same as when i first did the installation. Absolutely disgusted with the two times ive had to deal with your customer support and will no longer be buying dashcam store products.

Have NOT finished dealing with them Hope I will receive a replacement Dashcam asap
