The staff was courteous, but after a couple of hours the Dashcam I ordered was not what was installed and they had to switch it out. In addition, my vehicle was returned to me with out the offer or explanation of how to use the dashcam. Training would have been very beneficial to my overall satisfaction.

I had several questions as I had never purchased a dashcam before. Couldn't find the one I wanted in Buffalo, NY. Also,employees are not trained in the use of dashcams in my area. Emily took quite a bit of time to answer my many questions.

wi-fi a little hard to use with unit...

Visor Clips were as advertised! I always think shipping is too much, no different on this occasion...

Blackvue products are horrible.
