The Dashcam Store

There was an initial shipment of the wrong product, but a call to the office arranged a quick cross-exchange for the corrected order. The girl and fella in the warehouse I spoke with were both helpful and personal. I appreciated that. I'm happy and satisfied with the company.

Ease of navigating website is a little confusing for first-time customers. However, the delivery instructions to the shipping organization from the seller is impressive. The driver rang the doorbell and waited for us to verify identity before handing over the package. They didn’t just walk away after ringing the doorbell; unlike other packages like that from Amazon.

Service and product quality were awesome

First time buying from the Dashcam Store. Great experience.

I had a good experience with the dash cam store. I preferred the weekend before the big storm so my order was delayed to be shipped. It actually shipped sooner than I thought it would. My package did get lost for a while in shipping and came later than expected.
