My telescope is practically useless... I can't see anything clearly so I sat it in the corner to use it as decoration

I purchased the binoculars and a tripod that I thought was mated with the binocs. It turns out the binocs cannot be used properly with the tripod rendering the binocs unusable for astronomical viewing. YOU TUBE posts show a different tripod is the PROPER tripod for these EXPENSIVE binocs. You should be ashamed of yourselves for marketing this product in this manner. I will be purchasing a very large Celestron scope (10 inch), but I WON'T be purchasing it from your company!

The tripod that came with the binoculars are wrong for the binocs. The tripod makes the binocs unusable.

Telescope was sent without laser collimator and assembly instructions. Called the customer support line and they said an email to follow up with the shipping shortage. Still haven't received collimator or further communication.

According to an email I received, this item will not ship until the end if the month, when I know they are now shipping and back in stock according to the manufacturer.
