It says my package was delivered but I haven’t received anything! I have been trying to contact the website and nobody responds back to me!

Please I need the slow motion cable. Help me!!

Telescope arrived without a mounting bracket for the star finder. Initial phone calls were answered by a prerecorded message saying the company was closed and business hours were Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm. This call was made on midday Wed. Finally contact was made Fri. While unfriendly, a promise was made to replace the entire star finder. Now 2 weeks later, no replacement has been received.

I still cannot see out of it... I left the box outside.. and now I feel I have artwork.

You have to align the scope with the stars before you can even use it...After that process Iam still not impressed with it.....yet
