They shipped me the wrong item and their email is fake and their 800 customer service number is FAAKKKEE.

Hello I recently bought a polemaster from TelescopesPlus.com the unit appears defective, it doesn't work is unresponsive. Can you please help fix this?

It did not work for me with Orion Sky Wizard encoders as it is advertised. Product support is nonexistent. Basically, instructed to go look on the internet and community boards for help if you need it. Try and get some of the advertised 100% customer satisfaction. I don’t understand this company.

Why are my orders being delayed? I can't contact either. What is going on?

I am truly sorry to report that I am not enjoying my purchase of the Zhumell 20x80 binoculars. No fault of Telescopesplus, but they came to me out o collimation. It took 4 days for Celestron to contact me after I had emailed them describing the problem, two images that could not be adjusted out. So finally after emailing back and forth, the representative with Celestron agree to waive the warranty fee o $14.95 and created a return label for me to return them to Celestron, I learned that Celestron own Zhumell, anyway they just received them today and will be sending me another pair to replace them. They tell me their team will check the replacements to assure they are collimated. Maybe when I finally get them I can post a better review, but for now this is about all I can report. Rodney Snyder
