Tried to inquire about a return....several times and several ways and was ignored!!!! Phone number did not work... email was not successful... BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Hello All, I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but unfortunately I can not leave more than 1 star for this telescope. I got it as a gift for my husband and we both know nothing about telescopes, but want to learn! Since I read so many good reviews, I didn't have doubt that this will is a perfect telescope for beginners. When it came, my husband put it together according to all the steps but we are not able to see anything at all - it is pitch black. I lost my patience long time ago, but he is still trying to make it work almost every night. Can anyone suggest what could be wrong with it?

I got wrong part, and contacted back to the company but they didn’t want to help me.

i would like to return the item, as it came with a broken part, and is not what i expected. but no response from the company

It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received my telescope.
