tried to line up finder scope, the red light was about two inches above and to the right of the object and was way too far away to even get it close to the object using the dials. Pushed down the entire finder scope to see if could get it within range, whole thing snapped off. Called tech support, sent in pictures and explanation, they said they would send out a new finder scope with a new mount. Received a new finder scope, same as old one except bottom of it looked like it went to a different mount, no mount included and no instructions. Therefore have not been able to locate Mars in the night sky to see how well my telescope works!

Paid for a new telescope and received used equipment. Selected components were scratched, dirty and not properly packaged. Customer service did offer to refund my money. I worked an exchange of the telescope directly with Celestron. Very disappointed with telescopesplus after reading all the good reviews.m

This telescope said I could see the rings of Jupiter 😂. Yeah right

Waited my whole life to buy a nice telescope. Found it on this site for less money. When I received it, it did not come with the cables to hook it up to the computer! Had to pay more money and order these! The description on the website says it comes with everything in the box that I need to get started. Will not order from this company again!
