The telescope came and that was good. Did not receive cd for software. Gave called three times and written to emails to customer service. All with no avail.

Pros: - Excellent selection - good prices - free shipping - credit card wasn’t charged until the items shipped Cons: - most of the items didn’t ship for 9 days even though the site said that all of the items were in stock - the shipment arrived in a severely mangled box that had clearly been dropped

One of two packages containing my order were lost in transit. Telescopesplus could not or did not reship the missing package and did not complete my order. They simply sent another UPS label for the return on the package I had received. It is hard to leave a good review for a company that did not deliver your order or even make an effort to find the missing package. They should have refunded a portion of my money until the missing part was found and delivered or shipped the missing part over again. This was my first and last shopping experience with Telescopesplus. I will be surprised if I ever see this review on their site.

Product arrived in what looked like pristine shape. The box was severely damaged. One of the motors did not work. From my experience i know that jarring a telescope mount can cause screws to come loose from the motor casing which can impede the movement of the gears. This probably isn't an issue with telescopesplus but with ups. Nevertheless I got a telescope mount that was unfunctional as the clock drive was jammed.

After opening the box on Christmas the tube was damaged. Has a big dent in the side.
