Seems to be a very nice telescope. I love how portable it is, but, so far I’ve not had a great experience with it. I am having a lot of trouble getting it to focus. I have contacted customer support and am working on a resolution to the issue.

I bought the Nexstar 6SE because I wanted a computerized scope to setup for remote viewing during the cold winter months. I have taken the scope outside on 3 different occasions (all of which were freezing temps). I found it very difficult and frustrating to even read the damn controller as it scrolls what to select. Never even got to do an alignment. Then trying to push buttons with big winter gloves on doesn't work well either. So after 3 separate 1 hour long attempts I basically gave up on it for now. I have 2 other scopes (C5 & C8) that are all easier to use by manually aiming them than this computerized Nexstar. I do regret buying it now but I will eventually figured it out when it gets warmer and hopefully get it setup for remote viewing for next winter. Telescopes Plus is an excellent business with customer service. I placed my order and over a week went by and had not received any email about my order status/delivery time. I eventually called and got the order squared away and the scope was here 3 days later. They were also very patient and answered a few questions I had.

Product was shipped without the oculars and is still missing the right-angled eyepiece and battery powered sight scope.
