Not customer friendly. Marketed as a beginners telescope, that is not what we have experienced. Star gazing free software offered with a code is not available. This has been a disappointing purchase esp since it was a gift. I would not recommend this. It is not as marketed.

I wrote a message to add to my purchase as it was a BIRTHDAY gift. It was never added. My brother received the telescope without the message.

I was super excited for my telescope! A little disappointed as I can’t see much detail in any thing farther than the moon

Great optics. Frustrating in that WiFi keeps disconnecting essentially preventing the user from utilizing the SkyPortal app. After extensive on line research, the ONLY solution is to use the telescope somewhere where there are NO other wireless networks in the area.

The telescope is great. Very clear views of Jupiter and Saturn. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication with telescopesplus and the dings and scratches from shipping. I most likely will try another company next time.
