Bought this telescope for my husband for Father’s Day, and we had some trouble using the star align feature the first night we tried it out. It was a little anticlimactic, and I think it’s because our star finder wasn’t attached properly. The second night it took us a while to find Jupiter and Saturn. I’d say the learning curve is a little steeper than I was hoping for, but we’re having fun and look forward to looking for more objects like nebulae and galaxies.

It does what I need it to but the lense cap pops off to easy

Only used it one or two times.

Not a bad device, but you need to be careful with alignment of the new cover plate and the brass focuser knob. I made a fixture which helped with this. Aligning the motor with the focuser knob as carefully as possible minimizes the motor binding during operation.
