The delivery was quick and it was well packaged.

The ioptron second saddle & shaft for using the iEQ45 Pro in Alt Az mode is well made and should work perfectly. I'm only giving 4 stars because I think it's a bit overpriced. Still, I'm glad I bought it instead of trying to put together something from misc parts.

This was a gift for my daughter's boyfriend. He loves it now that it is set up. It was complicated to figure out parts of the assembling but the view is clear. I also purchased the accessory kits with the different lenses. He is still learning how to use them but is enjoying the clarity of the telescope. Great product but better instructions for assembly would be helpful.

As a beginner, I find the scope to be reasonably priced and very good for an introductory piece. It functions well and I have enjoyed using it. Only drawback I find is red dot finder.

This is my first. Have learned alot. Still have alot more to work out. When I received it the next night was a full blood moon right after an eclipse. Perfect scope for the moon. My next adventure is going to be Mars which is very visible right now. The quality appears to be a great bang for the buck. I'm happy with this purchase. Mr. Amateur has much to learn about all the operation of this great telescope. 😃
