My Online order was in silence for a month. I sent an enquiry about order status a month later, but no response at all. The I went to the shop to check my order status. The staff did take care its order well, and I could get the products at last. So all good now but I don’t want to use online order again.

Ted’s advertised Canon 300 L series lens went in the shop to order and was advised there one in Sydney and a request was made by the Melbourne store to the Sydney store I never heard back I followed up with an email Never heard back So I’ve taken my business to digidirect

Not sure what happened to Ted’s. They've gone down hill a lot. I ordered online and was told it would be ready to collect in 2 days. After waiting a week I went in to check. They said it was on back order and would be in soon. After another week I rang customer support to check and they had no idea what happened and had to resend the items. The in store customer service was so slow and a bit useless (not pointing fingers at the staff. I’m sure they were trying their best. You are only as good as the store you work in, which was dimly lit and really showing signs of age). Honestly, go to DigiDirect. Cheaper and better.

Was watching a secondhand item for a number of days before purchasing. After payment had been made I was informed the next day that the item was no longer available but had not been de-listed from the online store. Very disappointing. 2 star rating only because of reasonably quick time to inform me of error.

I ordered something and it was on backorder. Not sure if that was clear from the item listing but it happens. Delivery estimate was wildly wrong. I emailed Ted's support twice with no answer. I eventually got someone to reply to me via web chat and the item was shipped the next day. Overall a pretty annoying experience.
