Your prices are so much higher than other camera shops. I will not tell anyone again to buy me Ted's Vouchers when I know I can get cheaper elsewhere.

I mostly go there to print photos. Including larger format ones (e.g. 8x12). Quite frankly, the machines are terrible in quality. In particular, they do not correctly depict the light, and I find myself wasting money on repeats as I try to guess the corrected light setting. I am going to have to go elsewhere

Ordered an item 6 months ago. Understand that due to shortage they didn’t have item in stock. ETA was September but it’s now November.

Pre-ordered a new camera and lens, and received nothing but a confirmation email and estimated timeframe and that was it. No invoice, no tracking number, no updates. After waiting a couple of weeks past the estimated shipment date, I emailed for an update only to find out later that it had already arrived at the post office nearly 2 weeks ago.
