Considerable "confusion" re the delivery address for the item purchased on-line and this in turn led to protracted and unnecessary delays in receiving . It would make me think again before buying on-line.

I have been a longstanding customer of Ted's. My first purchase was approx 30 years ago. I have noticed a steady decline in customer service and a lack of knowledgeable information. If there alternative photography store options I would choose to shop elsewhere.
