Ordered 5 of the same items and only 1 arrived. They must have read the order wrong and only sent me 1. They should have read the order more closely. However when I called the shop they express shipped the rest out to me.

Ted's claim to price match their competitors but NEVER on any occasion have they been able to match Georges, VideoPro, Digidirect, Digital Camera Warehouse or CameraPro. I will never again wadte my time asking.

I’ve been waiting near on 7 weeks now for my order. I have to mention that my order is in the category of a special order which I new I would have wait sometime to receive. I ask if I could be informed of how the order was going and when it would arrive. This didn’t happen and I have had to keep contacting Teds Cameras to ask about it. The person from Teds Cameras has been informative and pleasant in the responses to my inquiry’s but I do not think that it is good enough to tell me that their supplier will contact me in regards to when my item has been sent out to me.

Did not really have much to do with the store.

I find it difficult to obtain whst I regard a direct answers to straight forward questions. Very, very frustrating and of course, no sales for you
