Ordered a lens online, but then was told the day after it wasn't available. It was a bit of inconvenience, but I did get my money back within the week.

Click and collect order was delayed with no update online. I had to call to get an update and finally had to pick up from a different store. Person on the call and staff in store were great!

Ordered online battery charger showing stock at stores in my state in July and then advised out of stock and wldnt get charger till end of august ... imma pretty chill but won't shop at Ted's again

Too many products aren't in stock and take too long to arrive.
