Hi Teds, Your online contact takes way too long to get a reply, other than that, Your staff are easy to deal with and do go that bit extra to help out.

I recieved my order after more than 4 weeks, following 3 emails and finally a phone call to find out what was happening. Shipping was almost immediate after the phone call, however the fact it was missed and no emails ever answered left a sour note. All items were recieved in good order and packaged well, and the person who took my phone call was very helpful.

Commmunication about delivery time of product bought online would have been appreciated.

Photos were good quality and printed promptly but I have followed up with customer service re a membership discount I couldn’t apply on my order over a month ago and haven’t heard back yet…
