The camera equipment was as advertised, great price, unfortunately took too long to get the products and the Canon redemption offer had expired so we were unable to claim the $300 redemption, otherwise we were very happy with the service and the equipment.

If it were just the people I would give it 5 stars, BUT the current system has ongoing teething issues. If I order (especially used) online I feel I need to go to chat to confirm it happens. A couple of things also get through that then need sorting - minor inconvenience to me. I will use Ted's because I trust it to always pull through, BUT it can be a tad clunky at times.

The young man I had an online chat with managed to get my Cannon powershot from Canberra so thrilled to have my new camera now and not November. YES

In store support is really friendly and helpful however the online support is lacking in both online chat and responding to queries.

You guys are great to many things to go into but only a few negative things! You do take quite a while to respond to inquiries aka emails, and you products are rather over priced! But the main great thing is your sales. Anyway hoped that helped.
