I have sent a request for a quote for (approx) 70,000 worth of gear for our newsroom and despite following up with more than one email I have heard from no-one. It's too late now, but you should know....

I tried to hire two video cameras for 6 months, selected a model off your web site, went all through the process of being approved for you to then tell me that that camera was obsolete and no longer available and that you did not have any other suitable cameras because you couldn't get stock. You advised me to go elsewhere which I did and got immediate help and resolution

Ted's camera store is hopeless! They advertised a camera on FB at a certain price and didn't honour that price and when I contacted them they first tried to blame me that I had the price wrong, then they said it was a price from the previous year and when I finally showed them video that couldn't be refuted they simply said, 'well, occasionally there are 'glitches' in the system. That is a joke, that is like the tradie blaming his/her tools. Some IT person stuffed up and rather than take account of that they tried to blame the costumer. I'll never shop at Teds again.
