I ordered film almost a year ago and still have not received my order. No communication. Terrible service

Very poor customer service - this is the second time I ordered online and will never ever buy from you guys again. You always advertise products that’s not available in store - claiming that you have them. Your online sales consultant is rude and each time I had to follow up the status if the order to get a response.

very slow to get back to me with a quote and still waiting on delivery will be interesting to see how long the invoice takes

I was sent the wrong product after 4 months and am having a hard time to get reimbursed.
